Is it normal for my baseboards to look like this after some heavy rain? Or should I be concerned …. To clarify I live in a bilevel and this is the baseboard on than level on the basement. Edit: okay sounds like I have water damage. Does anyone have recommendations on who I can call to get his fixed. 🙃
